Instructions

  1. From the Account Center, click the blue Admin button associated to the desired Grid server.

  2. From the Databases menu, select Manage Databases.

  3. Click on the + Add New Database button.

  4. Type in your database name and click Create Database when finished.

  5. You should now see your database listed under Databases.

  6. To view your database in phpMyAdmin, click on the gear icon in the database list.

Plesk

  1. Log into the Plesk Control Panel for your domain.
  2. Select Databases

  3. Select Add New Database icon.
  4. Complete the form by entering your desired database name. You can also create a database user. Then click the OK button.

cPanel

  1. Log into the cPanel account for your domain.
  2. Select MySQL Databases from the Databases section.
  3. Type a database name and select Create Database.
  4. A confirmation message will appear to confirm the database creation.

  1. Log into your Media Temple account.
  2. Click on the ADMIN button associated to your Shared Hosting server.

  3. In the Dashboard, click cPanel Admin.

  4. While in cPanel, click MySQL Databases.
