How do I view my chat history?

(mt) Media Temple now offers live chat support in the Account Center. This article provides instructions on how to access your chat history.

Please keep in mind that chat history refreshes every 30-minutes. If you don't see your history, please check back.


    1. Log into your AccountCenter.
    2. On the Overview page, scroll down to the Support Center section.
    3. You can view your most recent chat directly from the Support Center. To view older chats, click "View your chat history"
