Navigating the main menu
Overview
The Overview page contains basic information about the AccountCenter. It is the first page you see when you first log into the AccountCenter.
Domains
Add, view, or manage your domains, and manage your server(s) and services.
- Easy access to your hosting control panel.
- View all services currently activated with (mt) Media Temple.
Contacts
View, add, edit authorized contacts for your account.
- Add contacts authorized to call Customer Service or make changes to your account(s).
- Change your AccountCenter password.
Billing
View and update billing information and statements.
- Change the active payer for an account.
- Change active credit card for an account.
- View current or past statements.
Support
Access (mt) Media Temple's support system.
- Supper Center - Open or reply to a support request for specific services.
- Access (mt) Media Temple's KnowledgeBase for tutorials, walkthroughs and answers to frequently asked questions.
- Generate a Support PIN to authenticate your identity when calling (mt).

- (mt) System Status - Check the status of Media Temple servers as a whole.
