It gives you direct access to Media Temple’s most experienced technical experts, taking the burden of setup and ongoing maintenance off your shoulders. Advanced Support helps clients of all sizes and technical abilities to get the most out of their servers.
What can Advanced Support do for you?
An "always-on" Advanced Support subscription includes the following benefits:
- Priority Care – around the clock, priority access to a dedicated Advanced Support team available through phone, chat or ticket.
- Monitoring at the Server and Site Level – our team of experts are monitoring your server and site’s performance 24/7/365, and you can too, with full access to a Monitoring Dashboard. Benefit from alerts when issues arise and rest assured the AS team will work to resolve it.
- Security Pack – Our team monitors your website for vulnerabilities, alerts you to any potential compromise, and helps clean things up if the unthinkable occurs. Our Security Pack includes daily malware scanning, manual malware cleanups, CDN, WAF and more. How do I become an Advanced Support subscriber?
How quickly can my Advanced Support subscription be enabled?
The Advanced Support service can be enabled immediately if opened through a support chat or phone. If ordered through the Account Center or a support request, we will generally be able to activate the service within 24 hours.
Be advised that the Advanced Support Essential plan does require an initial 3 month commitment from the date of purchase. Closing this service prior to the finish of the first 3 billing cycles will result in closure without a refund or additional charges to satisfy the 3 month commitment.
