What is Shared Hosting Plus?
It's the best of both worlds - the amped up power of a Virtual Private Server, but with an easy-to-use control panel that doesn't require a degree in Computer Science. The UI is nearly identical to the standard Shared Hosting, making the upgrade a smooth transition. However, you receive a multitude of new features and dedicated resources to power your sites.

FAQ
Do I need to prepare anything before migrating?
If you want to have your server auto-migrated when performing an upgrade, you will want to ensure your current disk space is below a certain limit (which scales depending on the Shared Hosting Plus plan you choose). This is to prevent errors or migration failures from occurring. The limits are listed below:
- Launch: 39.06/60 GB
- Enhance: 68.36/90 GB
- Grow: 97.66/120 GB
- Expand: 126.95/150 GB
If your current disk usage exceeds the limits above, we recommend lowering your disk usage to below the limit. If this is not possible, you can forgo auto-migration and perform a manual migration.
Do I need to do anything during the migration?
There is no work required for the customer while a migration is underway. In fact, we generally advise customers to not make changes to their server/sites during the migration. Generally the process will take 24-72 hours to complete, depending on the size and complexity of your server.
Do I need to do anything after migrating?
Generally there is no work required on the customer's end. However, we do recommend double checking your sites and DNS post-migration.
Is it possible to downgrade?
Unfortunately it is not possible to use auto-migration to downgrade your server. If you wish to downgrade, you can open a new server and manually migrate your content.
